Infrastructure Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 22, 2026
1. The "Active Development" Disclaimer
NOTICE: Trip-L and the Orthogonal Fusion Engine are in an Experimental Staging Phase.
The infrastructure is under active, daily development. By interacting with our APIs or documentation, you acknowledge that:
- Service Stability: We do not guarantee uptime for our public-facing demonstration nodes. Vector data models may be purged or reset without notice.
- No Warranties: The environment is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for any interruptions or systemic latency impacting connected architectures.
- Diagnostic Monitoring: We actively log ingress traffic, payload velocity, and system telemetry to identify edge-case exceptions in the native PostgreSQL core.
2. Data Collection & Architectural Telemetry
Trip-L is a high-performance backend infrastructure platform. We aggressively limit our data footprint. We collect the following strictly for operational viability:
- Network Identity: Originating IPs, user-agent strings, and request latency times are logged to optimize routing protocols and monitor system health.
- Query Telemetry: When interacting with our API documentation or live vectors, we record query dimensional width and execution times to benchmark algorithmic efficiency.
[ EU GDPR & ESSENTIAL COOKIES ]
To ensure compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we clearly distinguish between essential and non-essential trackers. Our infrastructure utilizes Cloudflare, which stores a strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie on your device. This token is purely used for bot-management, DDoS prevention, rate-limiting, and security routing. It contains no personally identifiable tracking data and is exempt from explicit consent requirements under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (Legitimate Interests).
3. Zero Ad-Pooling Policy
We build deep-tech, not ad-tech.
- No Third-Party Sales: Liminal Logic Labs does not pool, package, or sell cross-site telemetry, browsing habits, or payload vectors to third-party advertisers.
- Data Isolation: Any behavioral metrics collected are explicitly and strictly utilized to iterate on the Orthogonal Fusion Engine.
4. Third-Party Integrations
If you utilize external gateways connected to the engine, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those respective entities. We do not persist external auth tokens beyond their defined ephemerality limits within the execution sandboxes.
