[ BONTERMS STANDARD AGREEMENT ]
To provide maximum clarity, transparency, and enterprise-grade legal hygiene, Liminal Logic Labs LLC ("Provider") and you (the "Customer" or "User") agree that your access to and use of Trip-L infrastructure, APIs, and demonstrations are governed by the Bonterms Cloud Terms (Version 1.0).
1. Key Variables (Cover Page)
- Provider: Liminal Logic Labs LLC.
- Governing Law: State of Michigan, United States.
- Subscription Type: Open Infrastructure Sandbox (subject to change at Provider's discretion upon formal rollout).
- Service Descriptions: The "Service" applies to the Trip-L web portal, the Orthogonal Fusion Engine APIs, Vector Synchronization architecture, and all related documentation or demonstration interfaces.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
As a condition of accessing our infrastructure, you agree not to use the Service to:
- Deploy automated scraping or reverse-engineering payloads against the Orthogonal Engine's vector topology or raw database hashes.
- Interfere with, bypass, or override our Cloudflare bot-management (
__cf_bm) protections and ingress rate limiters. - Execute unauthorized penetration testing, stress-testing, or multi-dimensional payload injections against the live staging environment.
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit any vulnerabilities in the PL/pgSQL strict CTE sandboxing natively hosted on our edge nodes.
3. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or shift to a newer version of the Bonterms standard at any time. When we make material updates affecting API access or telemetry logging, we will update the repository and notification flags. Continued interaction with Trip-L following notice implies explicit acceptance of the changes.
